Sugar + Cinnamon on the Discard
Plating: Ice cream or Whipped cream
Directions
- 1Warm your cast iron over medium hot heat.
- 2Add oil to cover.
- 3Gloop in sourdough discard.
- 4Sprinkle top with toppings of your choice.
- 5Once bottom is noice and crispy, flip.
- 6Let top caramelize.
- 7Serve with plating of your choice.
